V MAINTENANCEIWARRANTY 80NDS Prior to ihe issuance of any Public \Norks or Building Pennits, a performance bond (assurance device) shall be provided to the City of Everett in the amount of 12090 of the estimated cost for plant replacement and labor, monitoring, and maintenance. Upon determination of successful installation of ihe proposed mitigation, a portion o( this bond v�ill be released. The City of Everett will keep a bond in the amo�nt of 90% of ihe estimated cost for plant material and labor, monitoring, and maintenance.
