If a rearrangement of existing cables on premises or on Ihe righl-of-way is necessary, <br />appropriate charges will be estimated and Verizon's Guaranty of Payment from will be <br />forwarded to you for your signalure. Prior to commencement of Verizon's engineering for <br />such rearrangement, a deposil will be required.
