The subject property is zoned R-2, Single -Family Detached Medium Density. <br />The property is a 21,780 square foot lot that has an existing residence. llte tot is <br />an irregular shaped lot. The properties to the north and west ar <br />south and east have residential zoning of R-3 and R-1 respectively. The Applicant's original request was to construct a 1,050 square foot building <br />which exceeds the maximum allowed square footage of 1,000 square feet for <br />accessory buildings (see EMC 19.7.020.B).
