There are thrce pocsiblc avenues lo access <br />thc homc-site in the evcnt of fire. 1'm cnclosing a map depicting the access as 1 see it. <br />The primary acccss to my ncu honu is a 20 foot wide sewer and utility cascment owned by <br />the city. The cascment is a straight gravcl dri��eway in excellent condition leading from I 16th <br />St SE to thc sitc. Appro�imately two thirds of the �ta� up the drive is a parking arca on the <br />cast side, with a larger unuscd turn-around available on the west side. The west side tum- <br />around is of a size to easily accommaiate a dump wck and heavy equipment vailer, as 1 <br />have witncsscd during the construc�ion. <br />Another turn•around �cill bc ac��ilable un the fot it::elf. At the frore (7orth) side uf the huuse <br />the area on �he nonnwcst corncr of the lot �cill be a concrete pad 2Ra35 feet. In addition <br />thcre will bc acccss around tu thc back of the house, not less than 15 feet wide to an <br />additional Fravel parking area approaimately 20 x 35 feet. <br />Pwthennom, the parcel of propert} includes a"dogleg" Nhich connects the parcel to the <br />properry to the cast, �vhich also has access to IlGth St. This "doFleg" of propeny will be <br />cicarcd, Ilat, and Icvel as a pro��ision in my existing salcs agrcement. <br />This portion of the propertp «ill nlu�ays be available, as it is to naRow for any building due <br />to reyuired set-backs. <br />One las[ access exists. I3ethan�� 1{omes of Silver I.ake has ihe parcel of land just south of <br />mine. They have a containment pond with a gravel road along its east boundary, this gravel <br />drive connects to a fire lane, aith a fire hydrant, which I did not measure but seems to be <br />approx 300 fcet (rom my back yard. <br />It scems to mc that the property at 2216 116�h St SE has adequate nccess for fre proteclion, <br />that, in conjunction with the fire sG�tion FPD 11 Station N2 being just over 3/10 mile from <br />home should tatisfy the requirernent. <br />Please rcview the information I ha��e prescnted hcrc, kcrping in mind thut �onswction is <br />staned and the clusing date on the house is Oclober 26, 1992.
