A solid board fence at least as tall as the highest point of the structure must be provided <br />around lhe generator and associated equipment. <br />3. Lan. :aping shall be provided around the structure to provide a visual screen. A <br />(andscapo plan shall be submftted prior to installaHon of the structure. Thls plan should <br />include a mixture of trees and shrubs, as well as the he(ghts and size of said vegetation, or <br />any fencing proposed on site. An elevation of the structure and the screening proposed <br />should be included for review. <br />This is an administrative decision that is appealable to the Ciry's Land Use Hearing Examiner. An <br />appeal must be filed with the Ciry withfn 14 days of the date of th(s notice.
