Everett Municipal Code further establishes that all properties within 150 feet of an <br />arailable public sanitary sewer, who fail to connect after notice by the (.ity, shail pay to <br />the City an amount equal to lhe sewer service charges established for oth, r users of <br />like kind. All rates and charges so paid shall be credited toward the sewer connection <br />charges appiicable at such time as the property is connected. It is the City's intent to <br />begin the applicable monthly sewer service charge, current!y $38.40 per month for a <br />single family residence, if this charge has nat already been started. <br />A sewer connection to the City of Everett's public sewer system requires p�yment of <br />various fees. These connection fees vary by home size, commercial type, and <br />outstanding area band and/or latecomer charges. This IeKer is intended for the cunPnt <br />owner of the listed property.
