The following report summarizes our field observations and presents our conclusionu and recommendations. Based on our conversation with ycu and our review of the Record of Survey & Short Plat Map by Western Surveyors, Inc. dated October, 1988, we understand that the project will consist of a seven (7) lot short plat with a twenty (20) foot wide paved access roadway and cul de sac. We understand that the roadway will be a private road, approximately twenty (20) feet wide. SCOPE The scope of our investigation was to observe the cu•�aurface soil conditions in the area of the proposed roadway, and to previde recommendations regarding roadway construction. The test pit sites were determined by our engineerinq geologiat and were located by measuring from known landmarks. The soils observed in the test pits were described in the field and classified using the Unified Soils Classification System.._ The test pit locations may be seen on the Test Pit Location Map in ANpendix A. The Test Pit Logs and detailed soil descriptions are presented in Appendix B.
