Developer agrees to tully mitigate the impacts caused by the prcpcsed <br />development of the Project by the payment ol 529,4a8.00 to the Distr�ct. The payment <br />of 529,4a8.00 is based upon the approximate number of unhoused students expec;ed ;o <br />be enrolled lrom 113 s(ngle iamily dwelling units. Any adjusiment In the number of <br />dweiling units shall result in a corresponding pro rata adjuslment or retund in the <br />mitigat(on payment. Said payment shall constitute a full and complete mitigation fcr the <br />direct impacts to the District of the Project. <br />2. Deveioper shall pay the proponionate share ot the sum identified herein 1cr each <br />phase o1 the project prior to and as a condition of issuance of building permits f�r each <br />phas� . <br />3.
