Any adjusiment In the number of <br />dweiling units shall result in a corresponding pro rata adjuslment or retund in the <br />mitigat(on payment. Said payment shall constitute a full and complete mitigation fcr the <br />direct impacts to the District of the Project. <br />2. Deveioper shall pay the proponionate share ot the sum identified herein 1cr each <br />phase o1 the project prior to and as a condition of issuance of building permits f�r each <br />phas� . <br />3.
