Not all <br />of the swale maintenance notes have been included. <br />The top and toe elevations of all rockeries adjacent to or <br />associated with stormwater facilities must be given, <br />especially those associated with swales. Handrails should <br />be constructed where safety may be in issue. <br />It ia important to leave enough horizontal room for <br />construction of the ror.keries. City of Everett inspectors <br />indicate that 4 feet is typically necessary.
