Roberts <br />Di.ecror <br />The Planning Department has lhe following comments in response to the submittal of your <br />Buildinp Permit application for Casper Creek: <br />School District Mkigation. 8efore pertnits can be issued, you must provide <br />documentation showing that the school district mitigation has been paid. (Condition 7 <br />on page 2 of the MDNS) <br />2. Recreadon Facilkiea. A rew�eation plan must be submitted and approved prior to <br />issuance of building permits. (Condition 8, page 3 of the MDNS, and Item 24, page 4 <br />of Attachment 3 to the MDNS) <br />3. Open Space. A site plan showing required recreation and apen space areas must be <br />provided. The areas meeGng the requirements tor recreation and open space must be <br />highlighted and calculations provided for the amount of area. (Condition 8, page 3 of <br />the MDNS and Item 24, pages 3-4 of Attachment 3 to the MDNS) <br />4. Refuse Disposal. Refuse disposal areas must be shown on the site pian. (Condition <br />9, page 3 of the MDNS and Item 18, page 3 of Attechment 3 to the MDNS) <br />5. Wetlartd/Bufier MklpaGon Plan. The wetland and buHer mitipation plans must be <br />incorporated into one mitipation plan. The plan must be in canfortnance with the <br />requirements of the MDNS. (Condition 17, pages 4- 7 of the MDNS) <br />A detailed landscaping plan must be included which shows common and scientific <br />names for plants; size of plants; spacing of Vees, shrubs and groundcover, and number <br />of plants required. Distinct symbols must be used to represent the different plants. <br />The attached planting plan shows the minimum acceptable requirements for plant <br />symbols. The size of the symbol should represent the relative size of the plant.
