Bloss <br />MarCh 9, 1993 <br />Page 2 <br />Language for an environmentally sensitive areas protective covenant must be <br />approved by the Planning Oepartment. <br />A final written mitigation plan must be submitted. <br />6. Wetland Hydrology. A cheracterization of the hydrology oi the wetlands on the site <br />must be submitted to the Planning Department. (Condition 14, pages 3-4 of the MDNS) <br />7. Landscape Plan. A final landscaping plan must be submitted which inGudes location <br />of vegetated swales, rockeries and retaining walls, and final grades at a minimum 2 <br />foot contours. <br />The landsceping plan submitted with the Building Pertnit application does not show <br />sufficient detail to show compliance with requirert�ents. The plan must show common <br />and scientific names for plants; size of plants; spacing of trees, shrubs and <br />groundcover, and number of plants required. Calculabons must be provided to show <br />that the minimum landscape areas are being provided in parking lots. <br />Where visual screening is required, the plan must show how that is ac�:omplished. <br />(Condition '0, page 3 of the MDNS and items 14, 15, 19, and 20 of Attachment 3 to <br />the MONS) <br />We have also reviewed your applicatlon for modification of the shoreline pertnit Per my <br />discussions with Steve Anderson oi Group Four, we will not issue an approval of that <br />modificatlon untll we know if the site plan will need further modifications. It is my <br />understanding that sufficient infortnation was not submitted to Public Works for them to know <br />if the drainage system was adequate. If changes to the dreinage system are necessary, it <br />may result in changes to the site plan.
