The landsceping plan submitted with the Building Pertnit application does not show sufficient detail to show compliance with requirert�ents. The plan must show common and scientific names for plants; size of plants; spacing of trees, shrubs and groundcover, and number of plants required. Calculabons must be provided to show that the minimum landscape areas are being provided in parking lots. Where visual screening is required, the plan must show how that is ac�:omplished. (Condition '0, page 3 of the MDNS and items 14, 15, 19, and 20 of Attachment 3 to the MONS) We have also reviewed your applicatlon for modification of the shoreline pertnit Per my discussions with Steve Anderson oi Group Four, we will not issue an approval of that modificatlon untll we know if the site plan will need further modifications. It is my understanding that sufficient infortnation was not submitted to Public Works for them to know if the drainage system was adequate. If changes to the dreinage system are necessary, it may result in changes to the site plan. When we have sufficient information to know that the site plan will not need additionai revisions, we will issue the Shoreline Pertnit modification.
