2) the maximum water depth of the facility does not exceed <br />three feet durinq a two year storm, nor exceed three feet <br />for more than four hours for a 25 year storm; the side <br />slopes are a maximum of 3:1 (H:V); and the facility is a <br />dual use faciLity; or <br />3) specific City Council approval is granted for an <br />exemption per the criteria in the City�s Design and <br />Construction Standards and Specifications. <br />Detention Fond• <br />The access rorw must be provided to the firsY. cell, as it is <br />in this fir�t cell that the majority of sediment will <br />accumulate. <br />If the pond will not be fenced, the maxfmum side slope of <br />any berm between the two cells must be 3:1. <br />011/water seuarator(sI: <br />The inlet and outlet elevations of the separator(s), the <br />elevation of the bottom of the separator(s), and the <br />position and height of interior baffles must be clearly <br />shown on a vault detail. <br />The vault details must also call out a sampling tee at each <br />vault outlet. <br />Downstream conditions must not result in water being backed <br />up into the oil/water separator(s). The maximum elevation <br />of water downstream should be a minimum of one foot below <br />the invert elevation of the outlet pipe. <br />The oil/water separator main�enance notes from section <br />4-11.3 of the City of Everett Desiqn and Construction <br />Standards and Specifications must be included on the plans. <br />Desiqnated Car Wash Area: <br />At least one sign must be posted near the car wash area, <br />identifying its use. The location of the siqn must be shown <br />on the plans, as well as what the sign will say. <br />The plans must show details of the cover over the designated <br />car wash area - particularly with respect to the dimensions <br />of the cover (sliqhtly larger than the space itself) and its <br />height (high enouqh to allow washinq of the tallest commonly <br />used domestic vehicle, such as a van). <br />
