CONTINGENCY PLAN Recommendations to correct any deflciencies will be made by the consult3ng biologIst after each site visit. These will be reported to [he applicant and the City of Everett, and documenied in the following monitoring report. The City of Everett Planning Department will be contacted prior to the implementaaon of corrective measures. If the planted azeas do not meet established performance standards, reasonable correcdve measures will be implemented. Corrective measures may include selecdon of other piant species, replanting, irrigadon, and any other reasonable measures necessary for successful establishment of a nadve plant community. The landowner agrees to correct d�ciencies in a timely and responsible manner. All corrective measures will be documented in the following monitoring report. MAINTENANCE GUARANTEE As required in the MDNS, the appllcant shall post a maintenance assurance bond in an amount not less than 1096 of the cost of monitoring the site for three yeazs and 1096 of the cost of plantIngs. The amount of the assurance bond will be determined by the City of Everett Planning Director. Upon approval of the final monitoring report or when the enhancement is deemed to have met established performance standards the City of Everett shall release the bond.
