Your new Phase II will <br />generata 2.17 unhoused students at the middle and high school levels. We have <br />capadry at Silver Lake Elementary �o there is no elementery impact. <br />Mitigation for the 12 single (amily townhouses in Phase II will be 53,124.80 <br />calculated as follows; 2.17 unhoused students z 51,440 per studeM � 33,124.80. <br />As outlined in the agreement, payment is required p�ior to and as a condition oi the <br />issuance of the building permit (or Phase II. Any adjustment in the number of <br />dwelling units shall result in a corresponding pro rata adjustment or re(und in the <br />mitigation payment. <br />Please sign for Schneider Homes, Inc., where indicated end return one (� 1 copy to <br />us.
