4GREEPAFNT <br />NOW, THEREFORE, for the mutual benefits and obligaticns contained herein, <br />�nd for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, Developer 2nd the District 2gree as tollows: <br />t. Developer agrees to tully mitigate the impacls caused by the prcpcsed <br />development of the Project by the payment of 529,448.00 fo the Dislrict. The payment <br />cf 529,4a8.00 is based upon the approximate number ot unhoused students expec;ed to <br />be enrol��d lrom 113 single family dwelling units. Any adjustment in the number o} <br />dwelling units shall result in a corresponding pro rata adjuslment or refund in the <br />mitigation payment. Said payment shall constitute a full and complete mitigation for the <br />direct impacis to the District of the Project. <br />2. Developer shall pay the proportionate share ot the sum identified herein 1cr each <br />phase of the project prior to and as a condition o1 issuance oi building permits for each <br />phase. <br />3.
