The evidence necessary <br />to subsl-a�tiate the dumping of waste oil <br />in the on-site storm drainage system <br />would be when the quantity of oil in the <br />system exceeds the quantity of oil <br />normally anticipated in a drainage <br />system. <br />The Gvr_rett P1a��ning Departm��nt submitted that the <br />proposed revised condition N8 does not involve the <br />ceyuired storm drainage detention facilities or the <br />required oil/water separators for storm drai�age on the <br />�ub�ect property. The collection of waste oil is the <br />oit remaininq aEter maintenance oE privately owned <br />vutiicles. (Ervine testimony) <br />6. The Everett Planning Department submit�ed that the <br />enforcement of the pollution oE streams aiid bodies of <br />water with waste oil is the jurisdictional authority o� <br />the Department of Ecoloqy and the Department would <br />enforce such laws. The Planning Department expressed <br />approval of tne method as set forth in proposed <br />condition k8.
