The developer shall either dedicate or provide a pathway easement to the Ci�.y Eor the area 10 feet landward from the ordinary high watermark of Silver Lake at ro cost to the City. [3. The developer shall either dedicate or provide an exclusive easement to the City Eor eight rest areas along the corridor desccibed in Section 19.A. above. These rest areas shall be 4 teet deep by 15 f�et lon�7. C. The City agrees to improve the area described above with a trail system witnin ten yea[s oE the date of signing this Agreement or the property reverts to the applicant. G. The City agcees to post this pathway for use Erom dawn to dusk and for pedestrian use only. E.
