The proposed cevised condition #19 replaces conditions <br />N20, 21, 22 antl 24 as set forth in the March 26, 1985, <br />Decision. The revised condition reads as follo��s: <br />Public Access tu Shoreline: <br />A. The developer shall either dedicate or <br />provide a pathway easement to the Ci�.y <br />Eor the area 10 feet landward from the <br />ordinary high watermark of Silver Lake <br />at ro cost to the City. <br />[3. The developer shall either dedicate or <br />provide an exclusive easement to the <br />City Eor eight rest areas along the <br />corridor desccibed in Section 19.A. <br />above. These rest areas shall be 4 teet <br />deep by 15 f�et lon�7. <br />C. The City agrees to improve the area <br />described above with a trail system <br />witnin ten yea[s oE the date of signing <br />this Agreement or the property reverts <br />to the applicant. <br />G. The City agcees to post this pathway for <br />use Erom dawn to dusk and for pedestrian <br />use only. <br />E. The City agrees to provide control gates <br />at the east and west entrances to the <br />aLeve desccibed property which will be <br />locked from sundown to sunup. The City <br />will meet with the applicant �o rautually <br />agree on a control gate de:iqn prior to <br />coi�struction. <br />F. The City agrees to provi�e bike racks at <br />the east and west ends of the above <br />described property outside said control <br />gates. <br />G. 'Phe applicant shall landscape the area <br />from 10 Eeet landward of the ordinary <br />high watermark of Silver Lake to 30 feet <br />landwa�d oE that point excluding the <br />rest areas de�cribed in Sectiun 6.0. A <br />detailed landscaping plan shall be <br />rr,viewed and approved by the City prior <br />to i�s��ncr o[ hn;l�iiny permits. <br />
