With the proposed reductiun oE the pathway f�om 30 feet <br />to 10 Eeet, the City determined that thece is no need <br />for units adjacent to the p�_hway to have a minimum <br />finished floor elevation of 35 Eeet. Thus the City <br />rPcommended that all units be built to a minimun <br />elevation of 32 feet. This reduced elevation has bne� <br />recommended because of the increase of separntion <br />between the living units and the pathway easement. <br />12.
