'Phe Applicant muet participate in a traffic study that <br />will be suomitted to the Public Works Department Eor <br />approval. The study must address si9nalization, <br />channelization, lane conEiguration, pedestrian <br />mov�ments, and right-of-way for 19th Avenue S.E. and <br />Silver Lake Road, and need [o� bus turnouts. Mitigation <br />measures must be implemented in compliance with <br />recommendations contained in the traffic study and <br />approved by the City's Traffic Engineer. If the City <br />desires a thorough traEfic study oE streets othec than <br />those immediately fronting the Applicant's Froperty, the <br />Applicant shall only be responsible for preparation ot a <br />portion of the study. That porti�n shall be the impact <br />that the Applicant's development has on the surrounding <br />streets. <br />i3uilding Pe�mits Eor the Applicant's development shall <br />be issued only when: <br />(1) 'I'hv Silver Lake Area Wide Traff.ic Study is <br />completed; and <br />(2) The Applicant agrees to comply with all the <br />traffic improvements deEined in and req�ired by <br />the Silver Lake Area Wide Traffic Study. In <br />addition, traffic improvements must be completed <br />prior to the issuance oE any B�ilding Permits for <br />construction, or, the Applicant muGt agree to <br />comply w:th all the traffic improvements defined <br />in and required by the Silver Lake Area Wide <br />Traffic Study. If the Applicant opts for the <br />Ayreement, a performance bond must be posted ar_ <br />the tim2 of the Agceement. Failure to po:;t said <br />bond will void the permit. <br />Packiny must be per City zoning code and City �icsiyn and <br />construction standards. <br />Sewer and water mains will have to be extended to serve <br />this project per City design and cunstruction standards. <br />8. C�llection of Waste Oil: A signed, notarized, an�i <br />recorded letter (to be recorded with the Snohomish <br />County Au�3�tor) stating if evidence shows that oil i; <br />being dumped into the on-site storm drainage system or <br />Silver Lake from the subject property, the owner will <br />install a �+aste oil collection system to Public Work:= <br />Department specifications. The e�•idence necessary to <br />substantiate the dumping of waste oil in the on-sit" <br />storm drainage system would be when the quantity of oil <br />in the system exceeds the q�antity of uil normally <br />anCicipated in a draina9e system. <br />
