These conditions are: <br />1. Deta:led drawings in accordance with City design znd <br />construction standards shall be submitt�d to the Public <br />Works Department showing site parking layout, <br />landscaping, utilities, stoem drainage, temporary <br />construction erosion �ontrol, and all required <br />improvements in the pubLic right-of-way. Public Works <br />�epartment approval of these dra•�rings is required prior <br />to any permits being issued. All improvements shall be <br />completed, a�proved, and warranted before the Occupancy <br />Permit is issued. <br />2_ Ten (10) feet oE right-of-way is t,, be dedicated to the <br />City for stceet purposes on 15kh Drive S.E. and Silver <br />i.ake Road. Additional right-of-way will also bc <br />required on 19th Avenue 5.6. with the specific width of <br />said eight-oE-way dedication to be derermined by the <br />Public Wocks Department prior to issuance of. <br />:onstruction permits. <br />Full standard street improvements are reyuired to Silver <br />Lake Road and 15th Drive S.P•.., includinn, but not <br />limited to curb, gutter, sidewalk, stre?t widening and <br />storm drainage on the property's full frontage, pl�:; <br />transitions per City standards. <br />Full standard street improvements are required to 19th <br />Avenue S.E. (Bothell-Ever?tt tiighway, SR-527), <br />including, but not limited to curb, gutter, sidewalk, <br />street widening, and storm drainage on the property's <br />full [rontage plus transitions per City standards. <br />
