The City of Everett, <br />nowever, has not amended its Master Pcoaram to incluCe <br />the subject property. t6AC 173-19-0004 authoriaes the <br />City of Everett to use �he Snohomish County Master <br />Progcam for review of shorelines, not included in tne <br />Master Program. <br />1;.
