Mitiaation <br />measures must Ce implemented in compliance with <br />recommendations containec; in the traffic studv and <br />approved by the City's Traffic Engineer. If the City <br />desires a thorough traffic study of streets other than <br />those immediately Eronting the AppLicant's oropert;�, the <br />Applicant shall only be responsible for prepacation of a <br />portion of the study.
