This should clarify the adequacy of the <br />parking count. <br />Sheet A-2 <br />Item #1: Added a sidewalk from thc Recreation Duilding to <br />Silver Lake Road, per 7our review. <br />Item #2: Added a Parks Department vehicle pullout to <br />trail at the Northwest corner of the site on 15th Drive <br />Southeast, per the request of Daryl Bertholet. <br />Item k3: Added a Parks Department parking only sign to <br />the Northeasterly parkin9 area by Building P per the <br />request of Daryl Bertholet. Also, increased the trail <br />easement width to 10' in this arca. <br />Item #4: Added a tot lot to the prcject per thc <br />requirements of Daryl Bertholet. <br />we offer the following information in response to items = 3 <br />and 4 of Daryl Bertholet's review memo to you, dated <br />September 29, 1988: <br />Centron concurs with the evaluation c,f the Parks <br />Department that the trai.l might not be best suited <br />immediately adjacent to the lake edge. Centron propos�s <br />field locating the trail with the Planning Department and <br />Parks Department representatives during the initial ph,3ses <br />of construction.
