Once ±.he trail
is field located, o,:r engineers will provide the necessary
documents for the required easements. Centron doe not
have a problem with a condition of the Building Permit
being that the trail easement documents must be recorded
prior to the issuance of any Certificate of Occupancy.
Regardina item q4 of the review letter, Centron feels that
the cost of maintenance of the landscaping associated with
the trail can be easily absorbed into ur overall site
maintenance programs. Centzon is stiil more than rcady t
work with the City to best integrate our recognized
commitment of 821,743.00 relating to the trail and
landscaping install.ation. we ould like to cnntinue to
work with the Parks Department to best allocate these
funds. we feel that the best solut'_on to the total
installation of the trail ar3 the lar3scaping will be
forthcoming in the near future. The issuance of the
Building Permit for this project doe:c not hinge on the
finalization of the trail installaticn in that we are
cummitted to the landscaping of the affected area.
I hope that this submission adequately addresses the
Planning and Park Department's concerns. we are most
anxious to obtain all Buildinq Permits for this project.
Should you have any additional concerns that must be
addressed, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,\
 - ..
__
E.
