A Hydraulics Project Approvd from the State Department of Fiah and Wildlife <br />may be required for this project dae to ita proximit,y to e North Crcek tributary. <br />More stringent detention and stortnwater treatment requircments then the City <br />would impoie may be placed on the project as a cond�uon of the HPA A copy of <br />the HPA or e letter from the Department of Fish and Wildlife stating that an HPA <br />is not needed should be included along with the plans for Public Worka review. <br />21. A specially designated area will be required for washing of cua by tenanta of the <br />site. The area must be hydrologically isolated from the rest of the site, be covered, <br />end wuh wata from the arca murt Min to the aanitaty sewa aRer being routed <br />through a baftlo-type oiVweter aepantor deaigned to City atanduds. Sign� murt <br />be posted on the site limiting car washing to the designated area only.
