Total <br />amount of the agreement is for $10,699.20. The addition of two four- <br />plex units will increase total school impact mitigation to $16,048.80, <br />an increase of $5,349.60. The existing mitigation agreement can be <br />amended to re ecFl— t h�impact of the 8 new units. Mr. Gustafson <br />should contact the school district to accomplish this.
