Everett Munici�,al Code further e�;tablishes that all propeAies witliin 1b0 feet of an <br />available public sanitary sewer, who fail to connect after notice by the City, shall pay to <br />the City an amount equal to the sevier service charges established for oth: r users of <br />like kind. All rates and charges so paid shall be credited toward the sewer connection <br />charges applicable at such time as the property is connected. It is the City'S intent to <br />begin the appiicabls monthly sewer service charge, curre�tly $3A.40 per month for a <br />single family residence, if this charge has not already bzen sta�rted. <br />A sewer connectian to the City of Everett's public sewer system req�iires payment of <br />various fees. These connection fees vary by home size, commeicial type, and <br />outstanding area bond andlor latecomer charges. This letter is intended for the tur�Pnt <br />owner of the listed property.
