The Everett Municipal Code requires ihat all property owners within 150 feet or adjacent to a public sanitary sewer shall connect their private sewer system to the public sewer rifter being notif�ed by the Public Works Department. Our records also indicate that your property is adjacent to, or is within 150 feet of an existing public �anitary sewer I have enclosed an excerpt from our sanitary sewer chart indicating the proximity of your property to a public sanitary sewer system.
