Wetland C's hydrology hes <br />been altered by the surrounding developmont that has dumped addiflonal <br />storm water on it or possfbly removed hydrology through storm dralnage <br />dosign. <br />(c) Stream CoRido; <br />No stream corridor is prosent on the property. However, the north end of <br />the property is Just south of a stream conidor that drains Wetland B. <br />(d) Wildlife <br />Observed wildllfe use of lhe site (ncludes birds, Including crow, <br />woodpecker, and songbirds. Animals expected to uUlize the site Include <br />coyote, rabbft, and opossum. Mammals, birds, reptfles, and amph(bians <br />are Ilkely to use the site. Beaver activity has Impacted the wetlands; the <br />dam is approximatoly 50 feet off of lhe north edge of the proporty, <br />(2) OFF-SITE WETLANDS <br />The only wetlands known are the continuations of the on-site wetlands to <br />off-site. <br />(3) DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES WITHIN <br />STR[AMS, WETLANDS, AND BUF�ERS <br />Proposed development calls for a 14-lot plat and the filling of wetlands on <br />lot 16, tracl 999, and Iots 9 and 10, Table 2 lists the square footages of the <br />fills. Innovative design Is used to designate tract 996 as a Native Growth <br />Protectlon Area (NGPA), which Is a larger forested tract than the wetlands <br />to be fillod. Wetland A will be enhanced. A split-rail fence will be <br />constructed around the back sido of lots 9, 10 and 16. <br />Lot 16 has wetland fill area A and tract 999 has wetland flll area B. Lots 9 <br />and 10 contafn wetland fill area C. Paper fill erea D is off-site from lots 9 <br />and 10. Lots 9, 10, 15, and 16 and tract 999 encompass the buffer lost <br />areas E and F.
