The as-bullt plan will pro•�ide photos, <br />updated plant location drawfngs showing <br />plant locations as reasonably possible. The as•buill inspection will <br />evaluate the location and condidon <br />of the plentings, placement and concreting in of the NGPA signs, <br />effectiveness of sediment and <br />erosion control i.e. silt fence and constniction fencea, confirmation <br />that construction stayed within the <br />clearing limils, other pertinent items, and any contingency <br />requirements. <br />MONITORING <br />The site will be monitored for three years to verify that there is an <br />80% survival rate of the plantings. Two pertnanent plots will be <br />established, each 900 square feet. <br />Plantings will be documented to verity 80% survival rate. <br />Pertnanent photo stations will be establishad, two in each of the <br />sample plots.
