Based on their finding,they recommend use of <br /> General Contractor/Construction Manager(GC/CM)approach as an alternative delivery procedure for the <br /> construction of the Water Pollution Control Facility Phase C Expansion as allowed by RCW 39.10. The <br /> estimated construction cost for this project is$73,000,000. The City is seeking approval to use this <br /> procedure for construction of the Phase C expansion and to advertise for Requests for Proposals from <br /> qualified contractors to provide GC/CM services. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Authorize use of General Contractor/Construction Manager Alternative Delivery Procedure for the Water <br /> Pollution Control Facility Phase C Expansion and advertisement for a Request for Proposals to provide <br /> GC/CM services. <br /> 107 <br />
