Permit Conditions <br /> J General. <br /> 1. The street dosure will only be in effect from 11:00 a.m.to 12:00 p.m.on April 3,2010. No <br /> barricades have been requested by sponsor,so no barricades will be placed to block <br /> approaches. Cars parked in the street dosure area will not be towed. <br /> 2. There shall be no fee of any kind charged or assessed the public for attending the event. <br /> 3. Sponsors may not represent or imply that the event is City sponsored or sanctioned. <br /> 4. At its sole option,City may verify concurrences by adjoining property owners; lack of <br /> concurrence by any adjoining property owner may be cause for revocation or non-issuance of <br /> permit. <br /> 5. Permit may be revoked at any time after issuance if,in the sole opinion of the City staff, <br /> satisfactory compliance with permit conditions is not achieved or maintained. <br /> 6. Material changes to sponsor's plan presented to the city as of March 18,2010 may only be <br /> made with the City's approval. In its sole discretion,the City may withhold approval. Sponsor <br /> acknowledges that such changes should be submitted sufficiently in advance to allow the City <br /> adequate time to review the proposed changes. <br /> 7. Foot traffic and pedestrian access to business establishments or residences in the street dosure <br /> area may not be blocked or impeded. <br /> 8. In the event any amendment or adoption of an ordinance takes effect before or during the <br /> event,Sponsor shall comply with the requirements of such ordinance,even if such ordinance <br /> establishes different requirements than those described in these conditions. These permit <br /> conditions will be deemed to be amended by such ordinance. <br /> Health/Safety <br /> 9. Sponsor must dean up;the City will not provide deaning equipment or labor. All dean up will <br /> be completed prior to street opening,but no later than 12:00 p.m. Sponsor will be charged for <br /> any fees related to dean-up if not completed to the satisfaction of the City. The City Street <br /> Department will conduct a dean-up inspection. <br /> 10. The permit and dosures may be suspended or terminated for life/safety reasons or for failure or <br /> refusal to timely comply with reasonable direction by city personnel,such as police or fire,or <br /> failure to comply with permit conditions. <br /> Vendors <br /> 11. There are no vendors. <br /> Financial <br /> 12. No financial conditions imposed. <br /> Traffic <br /> 13. The street dosure area is approved as designated on the Special Event Application for half the <br /> street for approx. 30 persons to use for a neighborhood parade. The police department will <br /> provide a police vehide to assist with blocking the half of the roadway used during the parade. <br /> The roadway may not be used until such a time as the police vehicle is present to block the <br /> roadway,and may only be used during the period of time that the police vehicle is present. <br /> Risk Management <br /> 14.
