The 1 mile and 5K runs will travel from California and Rockefeller to Wetmore, south to Wall, west to Colby,north to 15th Street, east to Wetmore, south to 19th,west to Colby, south to California and east to Oakes. The 10K run will travel the same route and continue on Colby north to Alverson to the Legion Park parking lot, and heading back on Alverson to Grand Avenue, south to 19th, and east to Colby. Organizers must contact Detective Jim Massingale to schedule at least six off-duty officers to assist with traffic control. RECOMMENDATION: Approve a rolling street closure from California and Rockefeller to Wetmore, south to Wall,west to Colby, north to 15th Street, east to Wetmore, south to 19th,west to Colby, south to California and east to Oakes for a 1 mile and 5K Fun Run with the additional rolling street closure of Colby north to Alverson to the Legion Park parking lot, and back to Grand Avenue, south to 19th, and east to Colby to be included for the 10K Fun Run with the attached conditions. 15
