Traffic <br /> 16. The street dosure area is approved as designated on the attached street dosure plans. <br /> 17. No activity,induding event parking,may be allowed around any church on Sunday morning that <br /> would interfere with church activities. <br /> 18. City Traffic Engineer is authorized to require changes to signing and detour plan. <br /> 19. YMCA shall arrange and pay for placement of all necessary barricades and signs. YMCA shall <br /> provide any and all labor for manning traffic barricades at intersections. Barricades will always <br /> be manned by YMCA staff or hired officers and moved as needed for emergency access or other <br /> needs. <br /> 20. YMCA staff and volunteers will remove all traffic barricades and signage no later than 8:00 p.m. <br /> and place all City barricades and signage at the intersection corner(off street)for pickup by the <br /> City. <br /> 21. YMCA will use only hired officers or certified traffic flaggers for any traffic control detail(actual <br /> flagging and directing of traffic). Other YMCA volunteers posted within the street closure may <br /> guide runners/walkers but they will not direct traffic. <br /> Risk Management <br /> 22. $2 million dollar event insurance provided by May 1,2010,with the City endorsed as additional <br /> insured,with coverages specified by the City and with an insurer acceptable to the City. <br /> 23. YMCA and its officers must jointly and severally defend,indemnify and hold the City harmless <br /> from any and all claims of any kind in a form provided or approved by the City Attorney's Office, <br /> to be completed by May 1, 2010. <br /> 24. YMCA shall be financially responsible and promptly repair any and all damage to the property of <br /> the city or third parties,induding adjacent property owners. <br /> 21 <br />
