6 Government Lease Number: 57-04H1-7-0100 • <br /> Government Supplemental Lease Agreement(SLA)#3 <br /> Amendment No.2 <br /> To <br /> May 23,2007, Lease Agreement <br /> Wall Street Building Lease Agreement <br /> 2930 Wetmore Avenue, Everett,Washington 98201 <br /> (Supplemental Lease Agreement#3) <br /> THIS AMENDMENT NO. 2 is by and between the City of Everett,hereinafter called <br /> "Lessor", and USDA-Forest Service,hereinafter referred to as I'Lessee". <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. Lessor and Lessee are parties to the Lease Agreement dated May 23, 2007, <br /> which was amended by Amendment No. 1 dated January 8,2008 (the"Lease"). For its <br /> internal purposes,the Lessee refers to Amendment No. 1 as"Supplemental Lease Agreement <br /> # 1." The Lessee internally processed a"Supplemental Lease Agreement#2"for the purpose <br /> of documenting certain rent increases required under the Lease,but"Supplemental Lease <br /> Agreement#2"does not amend the Lease and was not signed by the City. Therefore,for the <br /> purposes of recordkeeping,this Amendment No.2 is referred to both as"Amendment No.2" <br /> and"Supplemental Lease Agreement#3." <br /> B. Under the Lease, Lessor is leasing to Lessee Suite 3A of the Wall Street <br /> Building and 42 parking spaces. Suite 3A is approximately 8,700 rsf. The Wall Street <br /> Building is located at 2930 Wetmore Avenue,Everett,WA 98201, and is legally described as <br /> follows: <br /> All of Lots 18, 19, 20,21, 22,23, 24,25, 26,27 and Lot 28 EXCEPT <br /> Beginning at a point 2 inches South of the Northeast corner of said Lot <br /> 28, thence North to said Northeast corner;thence West along the North <br /> line of said Lot 28 to the Northwest corner thereof; thence South along <br /> the West line of said lot, 6 inches;thence Easterly in a straight line to <br /> • the Point of Beginning; all in Block 683,Replat of Block 683,Plat of <br /> Everett, according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 4 of Plats, • <br /> page 49,records of the Auditor,of the County of Snohomish, State of <br /> Washington, <br /> C. Lessor and Lessee wish to add Suite 4D of the Wall Street Building <br /> to the Lease. Suite 4D is approximately 2,250 rsf as shown at the floor plan <br /> attached to this Amendment No. 2(Government SLA No. 3) as Exhibit A.
