The <br /> rate for the additional spaces is$540.00 per space per year to be paid as additional <br /> rent at a rate of$45.00 per space per month. <br /> E, It is mutually beneficial for the.Lessor and the Lessee to amend the Lease for <br /> the purpose of adding Suite 4D and the additional parking spaces. Lessor and Lessee are <br /> entering into this Amendment for this purpose. <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> Section 1,PREMISES;the first paragraph of Section 3,RENT, and Section 25 LEASE TAX <br /> are hereby deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following: <br /> 1. RENT.
