7 <br /> if OSOS No. G-10!264 <br /> The Project Manager for the OSOS is: Karen Goettling, Renew Washington Project <br /> Manager.The Project Manager shall be responsible for overall administration of this <br /> grant including monitoring performance,approving requests, and accepting reports <br /> submitted. <br /> The Project Manager for the Sub-Grantee is Kate Mossman,425.257.8021, <br /> kmossman@cleverett.wa.us. <br /> The Sub-Grantee will notify the Project Manager in writing when this representative <br /> changes. <br /> RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS <br /> All rights and obligations of the parties to this Agreement shall be subject to and <br /> governed by state and local laws, rules, and regulations. <br /> ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS AND PERSONNEL <br /> The Sub-Grantee shall maintain books, records, documents and other evidence <br /> sufficient to permit the preparation.of financial and narrative reports. These records shall <br /> be subject to inspection, review, or audit by OSOS, the Office of the State Auditor, other <br /> state officials so authorized by law, and any person duly authorized by OSOS. <br /> ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF OSOS AND THE BILL AND.MELINDA GATES <br /> FOUNDATION <br /> As a recipient of a grant award from OSOS with funding support by the Bill and Melinda <br /> Gates Foundation, the Sub-Grantee is required to credit OSOS and the Bill and Melinda <br /> Gates Foundation in all related publications and activities in conjunction with this <br /> Agreement. <br /> AMENDMENTS <br /> This Agreement may be amended by mutual agreement of the parties. Such <br /> amendments shall not be binding Or effective unless they are in writing and signed by <br /> personnel authorized to bind each of the parties. <br /> AUDITS <br /> At any time during normal business hours and as often as OSOS deems necessary, the <br /> Sub-Grantee shall make its records available. OSOS, the Office of the State Auditor, and <br /> any persons duly authorized by OSOS, shall have the authority to audit, examine, and <br /> make excerpts or transcripts from the records including all contracts, invoices, materials, <br /> payrolls, records of personnel conditions of employment, and other data relating to all <br /> matters covered by the Agreement. The Sub-Grantee.will maintain its records, which <br /> are subject to audit.
