<br /> DETAILED SUMMARY STATEMENT:
<br /> The City has contracted with Landmark Structures Management for the Casino Elevated West Tank Project.
<br /> Change Order#1 was written in the amount of$250,000 and added 10 calendar days to supply and install a
<br /> 36 inch pressure reducing valve at the base of the tank.
<br /> Change Order#2 is written for($85,018.37) and to add 154 calendar days to the contract. More specifically,
<br /> Change Order#2 deletes work to dismantle the existing standpipe and landscaping on the project in the
<br /> amount of($112,000.00),adds$106,426.13 to the force account bid item to modify underground water main
<br /> and electrical appurtenances on the project,and adjusts the plan quantities to actual quantities used on nine
<br /> existing unit price bid items in the amount of($79,444.50),all of which results in a credit of($85,018.37)to
<br /> the contract price.
<br /> RECOMMENDATION:
<br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order#2 with Landmark Structures Management for the Casino
<br /> Elevated West Tank Project in the amount of($85,018.37).
