ACTION ITEMS: (9) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Financing Agreement with US Bank for the High - efficiency Light Emitting Diode (LED) street lighting project. (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Cooperative Service Agreement and related documents with the United States Department of Agriculture for wildlife management services in the amount of $2,000.00.
