(8) Authorize the closure of Wall Street, Colby to Hoyt Avenue, for the Sandtastic <br />event on August 16, 2015, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., sponsored by Imagine <br />Children's Museum. <br />ACTION ITEMS: <br />(9) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Financing Agreement with US Bank for the High - <br />efficiency Light Emitting Diode (LED) street lighting project. <br />(10) Adopt Resolution amending Resolution No. 6528, establishing City Council Rules <br />of Procedure for the conduct of Council. <br />(11) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Cooperative Service Agreement and related <br />documents with the United States Department of Agriculture for wildlife <br />management services in the amount of $2,000.00. <br />(12) Approve the Settlement of Tort Claim No. D003-15 of J.
