0 <br />7. APS will conduct potholhlg for franchise utilities only (power, gas, <br />telecommunications, etc.). City crews will pothole public utilities such as <br />water, sewer and storm. For the purpose of developing this scope of work and <br />associated fee estimate it is anticipated that APS will perform up to 20 test <br />holes. <br />Deliverables: <br />1. Workshop meeting minutes that will document the review of alternatives and <br />the selection of the preferred alternative. <br />2. One (1) electronic copy in PDF format of the 30% design complete drawings. <br />3. One (1) electronic copy in PDF format engineer's opinion of probable <br />construction cost. <br />4. Electronic copy of formal "Request for Information". <br />5. Pothole plan and results. <br />6. Written record of franchised utility coordination as necessary. <br />Task 14.1— Unanticipated Labor or Expenses <br />This task will include additional unanticipated labor or expenses not specifically identified in <br />the scope of work tasks defined above.
