The study area will be expanded from Gibson Rd.to 148th St SW, a distance of 1.5 miles,the analysis of the station nodes will be expanded from a'/4 mile to a%2 mile radius, and an effort will be made to improve all modes of transportation in the corridor. Staff proposes to amend the contract with Makers,Inc., a planning and architectural consultant, and their assembled sub-consultant team,Perteet,Inc.,Property Counselors, and T-Usability, for continued assistance with the corridor revitalization plan. RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement between the City of Everett and Makers Architecture and Urban Design regarding the Evergreen Way Corridor Revitalization Plan. 21
