The study area will be expanded <br /> from Gibson Rd.to 148th St SW, a distance of 1.5 miles,the analysis of the station nodes will be expanded <br /> from a'/4 mile to a%2 mile radius, and an effort will be made to improve all modes of transportation in the <br /> corridor. <br /> Staff proposes to amend the contract with Makers,Inc., a planning and architectural consultant, and their <br /> assembled sub-consultant team,Perteet,Inc.,Property Counselors, and T-Usability, for continued assistance <br /> with the corridor revitalization plan. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Authorize the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement between the City <br /> of Everett and Makers Architecture and Urban Design regarding the Evergreen Way Corridor Revitalization <br /> Plan. <br /> 21 <br />
