These comments address building issues only, additional <br /> revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning <br /> or Fire). All references refer to the 1991 Uniform Building Code, as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington Slate Energy Code 1994, 2nd Edition, unless <br /> stated otherwise. <br /> 1. As stated in my previous letter dated December 12, 1994, the plans submitted <br /> for that review were incomplete and my comments were general in nature. <br /> The resubmitted plans received January 6, 1995 were more complete and less <br /> confusing, however many items must still be corrected. If any add' conal plan <br /> review comments are required an additional plan review fee will be assessed at <br /> the rate of$30 per hour. <br /> It may be beneficial to separate buildings P & Q into separate drawing <br /> submittals as many comments relate to those buildings. This may expedite <br /> permits for the duplex buildings, however we canno issue ,tiny kermils until <br /> Planning and Public Works complete their reviews. <br /> 2. Please remove all information on the drawings not related directly to this <br /> project.
