Creek Phase 2 West Building Permit Application <br /> Plan Check No. B 45010 <br /> Dear Mike: <br /> I've reviewed the plans submitted for building permits for Merrill Creek Phase 2 West. Befom <br /> the Planning Department can sign off on the permits, the following must be submitted: <br /> • Building elevations were not provided for buildings J and 1. In addition, the building <br /> elevations that were provided do not take into account the finished floor elevations shown <br /> on the site plan. Accurate and complete building elevations must be provided so that we <br /> can determine compliance with the building height and modulation requirements in the <br /> concomitant agreement. Information on building height must be provided for each building <br /> based upon the finished floor elevations using the definition of building height on page 24 <br /> of the concomitant agreement. <br /> If you have any building facades that do not meet the modulation requirements in the <br /> concomitant agreement, you must also submit a letter from CARE stating that they approve <br /> the proposed building modulation. <br /> Please note that building elevations must be correctly identified on the plans. For example, <br /> see page A-15 which does not identify the buildings. <br /> Sheet A-28 shows information on a parking garage, but no garage is shown on the site <br /> plan. <br /> • A 15 foot landscape buffer is required along the north property line. The parking and <br /> dumpster shown in that area must be eliminated or relocated. <br /> • A landscape plan must be submitted. See condition 21 on page 9 of the MDNS. <br /> The landscaping plan or the site plan must show calculations for landscaping in the parking <br /> lot by buildings I and J.
