The site is <br /> situated West of Beverly Lane north of the Ridgewood Terrace residential <br /> area in Everett, Washington. Results of our geotechnical cvaluation are <br /> presented in our report entitled "Geotechnical Engineering Services, <br /> Proposed Hanabrook Subdivision, Everett, Washington" dated March 20, 1989. <br /> Records of soil conditions encountered, fill control and genera] site <br /> conditions were maintained by our field representative and summarized in our <br /> daily field reports during the period September 15, 1989 to October 11, 1990 <br /> for the project.
