INFORMATION FOR THE DEVELOPER <br /> 1. The City of Everett Subdivision Ordinance requires underground wiring for power <br /> lines, telephone wires, television cables, fire alarm systems, or other <br /> communication lines within residential subdivisions and short subdivisions. The <br /> developer should review EMC Section 1.24.2 10 prior to arranging service with <br /> the respective utility companies. <br /> 2. GTE Northwest, Inc. has reviewed this proposa! and indicates that there are <br /> existing telephone facilities in this area for new customers. GTE requests early . <br /> notification of telephone requirements to expedite service. GTE's contact person <br /> is Mike Hupf, Senior Engineer at 356-4052. <br /> 3. The City of Everett prohibits outdoor burning. Therefore, no fires for the disposal <br /> of combustible construction debris or natural vegetation will be allowed. <br /> 4. Demolition of buildings shall be in compliance with the provisions of the Uniform <br /> Fire Code, Section 87.105 'Fire safety during Demolition'. <br />
