In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. I. The "new awning section" provided is actually an elevation drawing. Provide a section that clearly illustrates how the structure is constructed and meets minimum code requirements, including section at laundry room. - I have updated the section and added a few more details to hep clarity the connection of the awning to the house. 2. The "new awning roof plan" shows the 2x6 rafters ending at the exterior Vol of the laundry room. The "new awning section" and "new awning elevation" show the rafters continuing up to the existing roof; please clarify. - The roof plan and the section have been updated and clarified on the plans. 3. The "new awning foundation plan" show (2) 10" x 10" x 6" pads supporting 6x6 posts.
