FINDINGS AND DECISION <br /> OF THE HEARING EXAMINER OF THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT <br /> IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION <br /> OF DICK MAULTSBY FOR APPROVAL OF <br /> A VARIANCE /20-86 <br /> DECISION: The variance shall be granted subject to the <br /> conditions stated. <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> Dick Maultsby, 23607 Highway 99 , Edmonds , Washington, 98020, <br /> and hereinafter referred to as Applicant has requested approval <br /> of a variance from Section 5C (14 ) (d) of the Everett Subdivision <br /> Code. The variance is requested for property located at 6005 <br /> Broadway in the City of Everett, Washington and more <br /> specifically described as: <br /> Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 9 , and Lots 13, 14 and <br /> 15, Block 0, Replat of that portion of <br /> Pinehurst Division "A" lying east of the <br /> alley, east of Commercial Avenue, as per plat <br /> recorded in Volume 9 of Plats, page 37 , <br /> records of Snohomish County, Washington; <br /> except that portion of said lots deeded to <br /> State of Washington, together with vacated r/w <br /> of McDougall Avenue. <br /> The specific variance is to allow two lots within a proposed <br /> short plat of four lots to have a lot depth of lass than 120 <br /> feet.
