The Pinehurst Division "A" Subdivision occurred in <br /> 1913 prior to the dedication of right-of-way for <br /> Broadway. With the dedication of Broadway, boundaries <br /> of the lots within the replat were changed rendering <br /> some of the lts ubuilable.
