The granting oi' a variance will not adversely affect the <br /> Comprehensive P. an of the City of Everett. <br /> DECISION <br /> Based upon the preceding Findings of Facts and Conclusions , the <br /> testimony and evidence submitted at the public hearing, and <br /> from the impressions of the Hearing Examiner upon the site <br /> view, it is hereby ordered tha� the requested variance from <br /> Section 5C(14) (d) of the Everett Subdivision to allow two lot, <br /> within a proposed short plat at 6005 Broadway, to have a lot <br /> depth of less than 120 feet is granted subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. The Applicant shall comply with all requirements of the <br /> short plat approval. <br /> 2. Lot ;1 shall have an average depth of 108 feet. <br /> 3. Lot E2 shall have an average depth of 103 feet. <br /> 4.
