Box 2153 <br />Everett, WA 98203 <br />PROPONENT'S <br />REPRESENTATIVE: Sigi Ullrich <br />LOCATION: 62nd Street east of Broadway <br />ZONING: R-3, Multiple Family 15-25 Dw6ing Units per Acre <br />GENERAL PLAN: 1.6, Multiple Family, 15-25 Dwelling Units per Acre <br />Lead Agency: City of Everett Planning Department <br />Contact Person: Steve Ingalsbe Phone: 259-8731 <br />Mitigation Measures: <br />The environmental impacts of this proposal are documented in the Environmental Checklist and <br />other information on file with the City. The listed requirements are placed in response to our <br />review of this information: <br />AGENCIES WITH JURISDICTION <br />MITIGATION OF ADVERSE IMPACTS BY SEPA <br />I . Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. <br />(SEPA Earth, Land and Shoreline Use Policies.) <br />2. Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant must make payment to the Everett <br />School District per the attached voluntary Mitigation Agreement. (SEPA Public Services <br />and Utilities Policies) <br />The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant <br />adverse impact on the environment. An Environmental Impact Statement is not required under <br />RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This determination assumes compliance with State law and City <br />ordinances related to general environmental protection including but not limited to right-of-way <br />improvement requirements, drainage, etc. This decision was made after review of a completed <br />environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is <br />available to the public on request. This Mitigated Determination of Non -Significance is <br />specifically conditioned on compliance with the conditions attached hereto which are incorporated <br />by reference as if fully set forth herein. <br />
